Readings bought versus readings sent
Every unit is one reading owed. A buyer who bought three readings is not settled by one link. Earlier passes only flagged buyers with no thread, so repeat buyers who received a single link were treated as finished. Order counts are live-API certain. Link counts come from the thread list, which shows only the most recent message, so open each thread to settle it. Buyers are lettered here to keep names off the public page.

9 buyers bought 24 readings between them, and only 6 links are visible. Two of these buyers appear in no earlier list at all. Open these threads before anything else in this section.
Why this list cannot be taken at face value
Etsy shows a buyer's display name in Messages, not the name on the receipt. A buyer whose alias has a thread looks identical to a buyer with no thread. That is how a delivered customer was ranked as never sent, and how a never-sent customer could hide behind a shared alias. Several pseudonymous display names are still unresolved, including one "Sign in with Apple" alias shared by three different buyers.
The method that actually works. Shop Manager, Orders, Completed shows every order with its number and a Message-history link. That maps an order to its thread definitively. The Messages list alone cannot, because it shows only display names. Open the Message-history link on every never-sent row before a refund or a re-record.
Separate defect. Of every completed order on page one, exactly one buyer has downloaded the attached digital file. Etsy's automatic download, the one it marks as Delivered, is not being collected by buyers either. That is a different problem from the missing readings, and it is worth watching.
Audit summary
Verified figures. 63 orders carrying 71 purchased units, 3 reviews, 23 active listings, 7 receipts unshipped. 69 of 71 units sold at $1.00. The other two were one $13.00 purchase and one $10.00 purchase. Total merchandise revenue across all units was $92.00. Orders, units, recordings, and customers are counted separately throughout. The unshipped flag says nothing about delivery, because Digital-download listings complete automatically.
What changed from the earlier worklist. The earlier list covered 12 of 63 receipts, because it was built from open threads. 11 paying customers holding 13 receipts had no thread at all and were invisible. This version is built from receipts, so silent customers now appear. Other corrections carried in: the flagship listing sells at $13.00, not $16; one buyer holds three units, not two; a courtesy request was reclassified as unpaid and its review condition dropped.
Audio. Ten source recordings measured between -34.9 and -30.0 LUFS, roughly 14 to 19 dB below the -16 LUFS spoken-word target. Two of nine buyers independently reported inaudible audio. Corrected exports range from -16.5 to -19.1 LUFS. Use each measured value, not a single asserted target.
